1. DETERMINE YOUR Printing NEEDS

Figure out what images and text you want and the size of piece that will work for them. You can provide us with photos and text to create a layout for your or you can have someone design your artwork for you.

The design must be the same for the full quantity you are ordering. (i.e. an order of 1000 cards must be one design or one name, not 600 of one and 400 of another).

Orders requiring design, scanning, or file correction will be considered submitted when artwork is complete and/or signed off by the customer.

2. COMPLETE a request estimate FORM

Download our order form, open it with Acrobat Reader, fill it out, then print it out, e-mail it back to us. Or we can e-mail you one.

3. FINALIZE YOUR ARTWORK

Click the UPLOAD ARTWORK button on our menu bar to submit artwork by e-mail. Or work with our design department to finalize your layout. Our printing turn around begins once we receive your final files or your proof approval.

4. INCLUDE PAYMENT WITH YOUR ORDER

We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders and cash. Once the order is committed to production, cash and credit card refunds are not permitted. Orders can be processed only when files are submitted correctly and order forms accompanied with full payment and client's signature.

5. YOUR ORDER IS READY.

Your order will be complete in approximately 7-10 business days from the date your full payment and approved artwork is received. You will receive an e-mail or phone call letting you know your order is ready.
